We started TenderPulse because we saw the same problem over and over: companies missing out on public contracts — not because they weren't qualified, but because they didn't know the opportunities existed.
EU public procurement is a €2 trillion market spread across dozens of platforms, each with different formats, languages, and publication schedules. For most businesses, keeping up is a full-time job. We thought it shouldn't be.
So we built TenderPulse: a single platform that aggregates tenders from five national sources, layers on AI-powered analysis, and gives teams the intelligence they need to bid smarter and win more.
We're based in Belgium, bootstrapped, and laser-focused on making procurement intelligence accessible to companies of all sizes across Europe.
